Based in Frome, Somerset, Andy Canning completed his
initial training in 2009, after studying Hypnotism and Hypnotherapy for 3
years. In June 2010, he became a member of the Northern Association of
Professional Clinical Hypnotherapists and gained an advanced Diploma in
Clinical Hypnotherapy. He specialises in
Smoking Cessation,
Weight Control,
Relaxation,
Stress Relief
and Depression. |

He also provides Training Workshops in Self-Hypnosis, Self-Esteem and Stress Relief and is available for talks on Hypnosis. The latest project is Therapy on CD; Recorded Hypnotherapy Sessions to help you stop smoking, control your weight, de-stress, gain confidence ... others will be forthcoming as and when time permits. Hypnotherapy sessions are usually carried out in the client's home, to promote a more relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Group sessions are usually held in commercial venues or, for Corporate clients, at their choice of venue.
